Delivery to pick-up points and parcel terminals
If you have chosen delivery of goods to parcel terminals, the parcel will be delivered within 1-4 business days, unless the selected goods indicate a different delivery time. Shipping costs may vary depending on your chosen shipping method, destination, and other factors.

Omniva Parcel Terminals
Omniva Parcel Terminals
When choosing this method, select an Omniva parcel machine from the provided list where it is convenient for you to pick up the goods. The use of this method is possible only if the goods do not exceed the established parcel dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg). After the parcel has been delivered to the parcel machine, an SMS with an access code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code on the touch screen of the parcel machine and the parcel locker door will open. The period of storage of parcels at the points of issue is 7 calendar days.
DPD Pickup points
DPD Pickup points
When choosing this method, select a DPD pickup point from the provided list where it is convenient for you to pick up the goods. After the parcel has been delivered to the parcel machine, an SMS with an access code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code on the touch screen of the parcel machine and the parcel locker door will open. The period of storage of parcels at the points of issue is 5 calendar days.
Venipak Pickup points

When choosing this method, select a Venipak pick-up point from the provided list where it is convenient for you to pick up the goods. Collection of consignments from a Pickup point is quick and easy. You will be notified via SMS once your consignment is delivered to the pickup point. The SMS message will contain the following information:
- Consignment number;
- Consignment collection code;
- Name of the pickup point;
- Address of the pickup point;
- Working time of the pickup point on the next business day.
At collection of your consignment, the operator of the Venipak pickup point will ask you to provide the 6-dogit collection code. The operator will verify the code and will hand over the consignment to you.

As soon as the parcel arrives at the designated pickup point, a text message will be sent to the phone number indicated in the order with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel. You will then need to arrive at the appropriate pickup point and enter the code received in the SMS message on the touch screen of the pickup point. In this way, the necessary doors of the pickup point will open and the parcel will be in your hands! The parcel must be picked up within three days of its arrival at the pickup point.
Home Delivery
If you choose home delivery, your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days, unless the selected items specify a different delivery time. Couriers deliver orders along a predetermined route, so there is no way to choose the exact delivery time. Shipping costs may vary depending on your chosen shipping method, destination, and other factors.
By choosing this type of delivery, the courier will deliver your order to the address you specified. Before accepting the goods and signing the invoice, we ask you to visually evaluate the outer packaging of the goods in the presence of the courier!
The quantity of goods in the warehouse and in the online store in exceptional cases may not match, therefore, there is a possibility that delivery times may differ from those indicated when placing the order and / or we will not be able to fulfill your order or will only partially fulfill it (in such cases, the Customer will be informed immediately).
