Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products from SIA TORANS (Registration number: 40003613318), hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", by any person or entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".
By placing an order through this website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
2. Products and Product Information
2.1. All products offered are dietary supplements and cosmetics intended for personal use.
2.2. Images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual appearance, packaging, or labeling of the product may differ from those displayed on the website.
2.3. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge but do not constitute medical advice.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
3.1. The Customer may place an order through the Seller’s online platform.
3.2. Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation. The contract is deemed concluded once the Seller confirms the order and initiates dispatch.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to unavailability, suspicion of fraud, or violation of applicable laws.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for any applicable bank or payment processing fees.
4.3. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country.
5. Delivery and Non-Collection
5.1. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
5.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information.
5.3. If the Customer fails to collect the parcel within the carrier's specified timeframe, and it is returned to the Seller, the Customer shall bear the cost of both the return shipment and the initial delivery.
5.4. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays shall not entitle the Customer to compensation.
6. Import Regulations and Restrictions
6.1. When ordering outside the European Union, or to non-EU European territories or tax-exempt areas, orders may be subject to customs duties and additional taxes depending on the laws of the recipient's country.
6.2. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
6.3. It is the Customer’s obligation to ensure that the import of the ordered products is not prohibited in their country and that all substances contained in the products are legal.
6.4. Should a shipment be denied importation and returned, the Customer shall be responsible for all associated costs, including transportation back to the Seller and any customs clearance charges.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
7.1. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, unless the product falls under exemptions (e.g., opened cosmetics, perishable goods, personalized products).
7.2. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
7.3. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product unless the product was defective or incorrect.
7.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
8.1. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of products.
8.2. The Seller does not guarantee that the use of any product complies with the laws or regulations outside the EU.
8.3. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection laws of Latvia.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2. Any disputes shall be settled amicably. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
