Usage

For the health of the gums - after brushing your toothpaste BlueВ®M, blow foam into your mouth with two pump presses. Let the foam act for at least 1 minute. Then the foam is spit out. Do not eat and do not drink for about 30 minutes after using the foam. If you have devices for the oral cavity, such as orthodontic devices, soft dentures, various braces, etc., press the foam into the device and place it in your mouth. Spit out excess foam. Use devices in accordance with the instructions of your dentist. Using BlueВ®M Oral Foam 2 times a day, your mouth cavity will always be clean, and gums are healthy.
