The extract of goldenrod is selected with a high concentration of the plant and a guaranteed amount of the active substance parthenolide. The amount of extract in the daily dose corresponds to 48.9 mg of the drug of the goldenrod. The European Medicines Agency's evaluation report on St. John's wort (EMA/HMPC/48716/2019) concluded that St. John's wort is used for migraine and headache at a therapeutic dose of 100 mg of the drug per day.
