A complex of important vitamins, minerals and DHS (non-zahexaenic acid is omega-3 fatty acid), which contributes to the satisfaction of the needs of the mother and baby during breastfeeding.
Mother consumption of non -achexaenic acid (DHS) contributes to the normal development of the brain and eye of the child.*
Vitamins B2, B6, B12, Niacin, pantothenic acid and iron help reduce fatigue and weakness.
Vitamin C, B6 and B12, selenium and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Calcium is necessary to maintain bone health, and vitamin D helps maintain bone health.
* A positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg DHS in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg DHS and EPS.
