Usage

Twice a day (in the morning and evening), apply a gel to the soft tissues around the damaged joint. When using Flexiseq, use the required amount of gel by squeezing it out of the tube in the following doses:

1. In the treatment of the knee, shoulder or hip joint, the length of the squeezed gel should be equal to the length of the index finger.

2. In the treatment of ankles, wrists or joints of the fingers of one hand, the recommended length of the extruded gel is half the index finger. Please note that the dose used must correspond to the type of joint joint. Let the Flexiseq gel suck. Dry at least ten minutes until the skin dries before covering the treated area.
