Usage

We recommend consuming Diet WHEY protein shakes (50 g) 1–3 times a day. If possible, then during workouts or after a workout. Mix 50 g (2 heaped scoops) of powder with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender. Shake well until evenly mixed and consume immediately. It is recommended to consume 1–3 servings per day. In addition, you should drink enough water and eat at least one regular healthy meal (600–800 kcal) per day.
