Protects against pressure and cushions the heel. Non-slip technology. Fits comfortably in most women's shoes. USAGE: Before removing the protective film, test by inserting it into the shoes. Make sure the insert is in the heel area and the larger rounded end is at the back. Remove the protective film and press to the sole of the shoe with the sticky side down. Move as needed so the inserts are in the same position in each shoe. When pulling, be careful, pull slowly and gently, pressing against the sole of the shoe with the other hand. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
