UNItears are preservative-free eye drops, a solution containing hypromellose and dexpanthenol. It has a protective, epithelial cell regenerating and moisturizing effect. Hypromellose forms a temporary protective layer on the surface of the cornea of ​​the eye, moisturizes the surface of the eye and replaces tears in case of their insufficient formation; prevents the feeling of "eye dryness". It also prevents mild non-infectious eye irritation. Dexpanthenol (vitamin B) helps regenerate cells on the surface of the cornea (epithelial cells). PRESERVATIVE-FREE UNItears are perfect for contact lens wearers and people with sensitive eyes. UNItears without preservatives provides a long-lasting improvement: - if tear production is reduced; - in case of dry eye syndrome (keratoconjunctivitis sicca); - in case of injuries and corneal erosion; - if small foreign bodies enter the conjunctival sac; - after eye surgery; - if there is sensory discomfort (burning, itching, feeling that there is a foreign body in the eye), these symptoms may be related to external factors (eg air conditioning, wind, pollution, smoke, dust); - in case of increased eye strain (if you have to work at the computer for a long time) and if there are visual disturbances during the day; - when using contact lenses.
