Usage

Take 1 tablet (from a transparent plate) per day, plus 1 capsule (from pink plate) per day. During the main meal, washed down with a glass of water or a cool drink.
Do not chew. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace full, balanced nutrition. As in the case of other food additives, before use, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are under medical supervision, if you are pregnant, in the lactation period or suffer from food allergies.
