Usage

Adults are recommended to take ВЅ teaspoon before meals and ВЅ teaspoon after eating, mixing with water. Pour ВЅ teaspoon of powder into a glass, gradually add water, mix and drink. When using activated coal, it is recommended to drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day.
